1. Careful maintenance before operation, check for abnormalities such as looseness in various parts, whether the safety device is in good condition, whether the mold is loose.

2. According to production requirements, put the machine body on the table, turn on the power switch and macke the machine energized.

3. Mold height adjustment: Press the forward and reverse directions to adjust the position of upper mold until the mold reaches the corresponding height.

4. Put the paper between the upper and lower mold, turn on the laser light for positioning

5. Step on the pedal to start working.

We would suggest people sit in front of the machine, then the sensor will detect and machine can drag or send eyelet properly.
