1. Check the power mould first, pls take off the grommets on the lower mould then power on.

2. There will be a beam of laser light on the front, and the two hoppers will promptly work.

3. Put the cloth under the punch, laser light will clearly shine on the cloth. The laser light will guide the grommets on the precise position.

4. Move the machine and make the laser light and cloth edge parallel. Fix the position of the laser light and press the green button, at this moment the red light turns on and alarms which warns the hands of operator or other objects should move off the punch. Meanwhile the microcomputer will automatically send the sheet under the punch and send the grommets to the lower mould in 3 seconds. If there is no other object, can press the red button then eyelet quickly riveted；operator presses green light again after fixing the location, after 2 seconds press red eyelet to make the second hole. When finished, the machine will return to the original status to wait for next order.

5. When used as desk-top machine, plug the jack of the foot switch into the socket, then change the laser conducting wire of the mobile and desk-top functions for a desk-top laser fixed spot. During operation, stamp the clamp on the left first and then right.

1. The yellow button is for resetting. Press it when  machine does not work properly, then turn off. Do not put the hand under the punch if alarms.

2. Pls check if any grommets on the lower mould. Use a clamp to take off them. Pls do not take them out by hand directly. At same time press the release button on the top to feed upper grommets. Take off the upper grommets on the lower mould in order to ensure quality.

3. Pls weekly add lubricant on the guide sheath, 2-3 drops would be fine at one time.
