Acrylic benders are our super star patent products,which can soften and bend materials such as acrylic, PVC and various thermoplastic materials into wanted shapes. Widely applied for LED acrylic lighting channel letters and acrylic sign letters making.

1. Pls connect the power cable, after around 60 seconds, you can use the benders.

2. Make the bender vertically to acrylic edge panel (using bender's end surface to maintain balance), soften the plate for several seconds, then remove the benders.

3. Adjust moderate force during using, keep heating evenly. Excessive force will make the heating plate bottom not fit tightly.

4. Because channel bottom is joined to heating plate, more heat loss, bottom between them should be tighter than upper.

5. Make shapes you want, fix it with glue.

1. If arc length is greater than heating plate width, it could be used multiple times for bending any arc length.

2. Pls do not put the heating plate onto poTrend cable.

3. Because of short warm-up time, no much time to restart. If it is not used for over 3minutes, pls turn off the switch to save power.

4. Pull up the plug if it is not used for long time, wait until temperature drops to 50℃ before packaging well.

Hook knife is to cut acrylic. There are 3 blades inside of back case, 1for using and 2pcs for backup. Film can be used for bending pvc materials.

Also we put 1bag=10pcs pipes for guiding glue. This is really simple but useful for the joint glue.

About heating insulation film, the reason our acrylic bender do not put heat insulation film is the operator do not need to use finger to clamp this area to bend acrylic sheet. If you choose our original acrylic bender, you just need to handheld to operate as bellow.

As the copycat cannot hold the acrylic sheet seamlessly so that will need your finger to help to bend it like below picture, so they have to put insulation film or their acrylic bender cannot hold and bend acrylic bender fully.

About Vertical guide in copycat products, as we design acrylic bender its head are all flat, so it will have an vertical angle against desk when operator uses it, so this vertical guide is totally useless. Our Acrylic bender head are all designed to be flat, that will have vertical angle when operator uses it against desk.
