4. High speed. For example, generally the softening time of a 3mm thick plate takes only about 15 seconds.

5. According to different bending needs, heating gaps width is adjustable from 0-20mm.

7. Circulating water cooling system by submerged pump, keep the worktable stay in cool condition to protect hand and machine.

1. Turn on the switch.

2. Adjust temperature from 0-600℃ depending on real needs, around 1 minute for preheating.

3. Regarding of different material thickness, pls kindly adjust the heating gap width.

4. Based on requirement to set the baffle length and make same bending position for each acrylic board.

5. Adjust and keep the angle, each plate is formed by the baffle and backside of the machine for mass standard production.

6. Finally bend material in shape you need.
