There are some tips you need to notice when you use the machine:

1. Suitable for 10 cm below article edge height. Each slotting knife edge depend on usages can open tank 150-200 approximately. When you use this tool at first time, it is necessary to adjust according to material’s thickness, it might need several times before mastering the method.

2. The operator should check whether chuck and spindle nut firm before starting the slotting machine. Make sure that the power line does not be damaged and affected by the touch pressure. No-load running for 1 minute and mains fluctuation is less than 10%.

3. When moving slotting electric grinder, it is not allowed to lift and pull it. It is a must to move with the hand moving enclosure.

4. To keep the internal slotter clean, the tuyere plate should be unblocked. Dust and greasy dirt should be wiped off frequently. Pay attention to prevent iron and other debris into air damper. The entrance of scrap iron and other sundries can destroy the fan blades of motor and blocking.

5. When the brush is too short, replace it timely so as to have some contact pressure between electric brush and battery replaced. Pls kindly notice poor contact pressure between electric brush and commutator.

6. Pls kindly be careful about the maintenance of motor, and the commutator should keep clean. When the sparking on commutator is increasing, and the black marks on the surface of commutator are increasing, it should be coped timely. 

7.   Keep the wrench(high hard steel) in a safe place and use it when you change the cutter later.
